Having purchased XTM, we can help you install and configure the system so that it is up and running quickly.

XTM as a standalone system comes packaged to make the installation straight out-of-the-box as pain free as possible. Allocate a suitably specified server with a connection to the internet and you can either follow our detailed instructions or provide our engineers with remote access and let them install and configure the system for you.

Integration of XTM with existing systems can be more complex. There are fully documented APIs for XTM to make integration simpler and a number of different web services, but our engineers will discuss with you how you want the complete system to work and then advise you on the best course of action. We are happy to work with your staff on the project or undertake the integration ourselves.
