The TM Manager module is divided into two parts.
1. TM search
The search feature enables you to locate the TM segments you wish to work on. Users may select TM segments based on:
- source language
- target language
- state
- document id (description)
- project name
- phrase
- phrase search method - full or by stems
Documents and projects names depend on each other and are dynamically changed in the case of any user interaction. Additionally users can quickly preview all available documents in separate pop-up window.

2. Segment details
The segments found in the search are displayed in a table with following properties:
- segments in source language
- segments in target language
- status of the segments (approved, not-approved, deprecated).
Two indicators:
If a change has been made to the target segment the first indicator changes from green to red.
If a change has been made to the segment state the second indicator changes from green to red.
By default segments are displayed in pages of 10 segments but this can be configured to display in pages of 20, 30, 50 or 100 segments. Pages can be easily changed by clicking the page splitter icons shown on the footbar. The next page is uploaded dynamically to ensure good performance.

Each segments can be deleted, updated (in target language) and the status can be changed. All operations are automatically propagated to the server so there is no need to save user changes manually. While editing the segment users can easily reset it to the initial value.
The Spellchecker and Quality Assurance checker can be run on each segment.
The spellchecker supports 62 languages.
