The OASIS Open Architecture for XML Authoring and Localization (OAXAL) Technical Committee has voted to make the OAXAL 1.0 Reference Model an OASIS Committee Specification. A.Zydroń CTO of XML-INTL has been one of the key participants in the OAXAL Technical Committee. OAXAL is designed to maximize the use of Open Standards within software software architectures that address the authoring and localization of XML documents.
