XML-INTL as one of two companies that implemented GMX-V - the Global
information management Metrics eXchange
standard.

defines GMX-V as a standard and more precise definition of the
statistics necessary for to assess the quantity of text (and costs)
associated with language-related globalization tasks.
XML-INTL
has been key in the architecture of the proposed LISA OSCAR Global
Information Management Metrics GMX standard. This very important
initiative defines an unambiguous definition for word and character
counts for localizable electronic documents.
